Marina specializes in treating adults 18 and older. She has developed expertise in addressing complex trauma, BPD, self-harm behaviors, OCD, anxiety, depression, and experiences of dysphoria that are the root cause of the eating disorder and its symptoms.

Marina’s sessions combine health at every size philosophy, intersectionality, and sociocultural influences on the body. Marina enjoys tapping into her belief that movement can be healing. Her specialization in dance/movement therapy aims to help rebuild a relationship with yourself and movement.

Marina is adamant about helping you navigate stressors, develop a new relationship to yourself, and continue to grow into a comfortable, fulfilling life. She does this by using humor and compassion to challenge the thoughts that keep clients stuck.
