Mindfulness can be applied to every aspect of our lives.
Join me for a conversation focused on self compassion and how to cultivate a deep listening of the body. We will talk about moving away from guilt and shame, moving toward mindfulness, and how to feel connected to common humanity. All are welcome.

Let’s kick-off 2021 with self-empowerment, self-love, purpose, and all the good vibes.
This is a workshop led by Marina Gearhart & Izzy Atkinson designed to dive deeper into goal setting & developing a stronger sense of self.
Tickets are $22 or $15 for students & essential health care workers!
